<p>Maybe somewhere along the line someone said looks don&#8217;t matter, it&#8217;s about what&#8217;s inside that counts. To some extent this may be true once you get to know a person but, for the most part, looks do matter. In this day and age when beauty has become such  a commercialized sensation, looks matter a great deal and most  often that first look makes the first and lasting impression.  Often, there isn&#8217;t a second chance to remake the first impression and if that first impression isn&#8217;t good, it is subject to stay  that way.</p>
<p>When it comes to dating, social interactions and relationships with the opposite sex, looks do matter .Having a great body is often not an option but a requirement if you want to be  considered attractive by many different groups or members of the opposite sex.This holds no matter what age, occupation or station you are  in life. </p>
<p>Sometimes as we age, we add on a few pounds at a time, not devoting any special  or proper attention to the extra weight gain because it happens over the years.Having children, stress, lack of exercise and poor eating habits can all be contributors to a  growing midsection and the loss of our high school build. </p>
<p>The good news is that once you realize that looks do count,  you can set to work on producing a great body that will draw  those head turning looks. How you look is only an external appearance of how you handle the physical you. This is the first thing people see about you when they look at you and sometimes it is the only picture they will have of you. <p>Dr. Barry Sears developed the Zone Diet.  The diet uses the 40/30/30 strategy.  This means that you consume 40% carbs, 30% fat, and 30% protein.  The good Dr. Sears advocates a balanced diet plan in order to lose weight and avoid diseases.</p>
<p>The Zone Diet focuses on insulin production as the major facet of weight loss.  Consuming foods that raise blood sugar and stimulate insulin production are bad for you.  Excess insulin is stored as fat.  When you eat foods that rapidly produce insulin your body is encourage to store fat rather than burn it for energy.  Spikes in insulin are believed to cause heart disease and diabetes.</p>
<p>As we discussed some foods cause a spike in insulin.  Which foods you ask? Well white flour and processed foods contain empty calories (simple carbohydrates) that cause insulin to flood the blood streams.  Avoid these foods and white flour like the plague.  Instead eat fruits and vegetables because the sugars (carbohydrates) in these foods are generally more complex and don&#8217;t cause the unhealthy insulin spike!
<p>The traditional eating plan of three meals a day and two snacks are eaten on the Zone diet plan. The snacks are added to keep participants from experiencing hunger and overeating at the next meal. The snacks shouldn&#8217;t be high in sugar or they will defeat the purpose of maintaining steady blood sugar levels. For the meals, a regular dinner size plate is divided into 40/30/30. The largest portion is carbohydrates and they are simple carbs like green vegetables, corn, cauliflower, and peppers. The size of the meat portion is about the size of the palm of the hand for a four ounce piece of chicken or steak. <p>What do you need; a small, a medium or large greenhouse for what you want to grow?  There are so many different kinds of greenhouses from portable to building your own brick and mortar growing house that it can be an overwhelming process.</p>
<p>You may want to invest in a larger home greenhouse to grow small trees or if you have a lot of things you want to grow.  If you simply want to cover a part of your garden, a portable unit can be easily moved to sit over that area.  Of course a cold frame is perfect to extend the growing period of your raised beds.  Medium houses are perfect for most families who want a simple backyard greenhouse.</p>
<p>After you determine the size based on what kinds of plants, vegetable, herbs and flora you want to grow, you will then need to look at what type of greenhouse works best for those plants as well as where you live.  Most of today&#8217;s growing houses will work just about anywhere in the lower forty-eight provided you invest in a heater and have adequate and proper venting and fans for circulation.  However, if snow loads are a concern, you will need to get a greenhouse that will either be able to hold that kind of load or shaped so the snow will fall off to the sides.</p>
<p>Consider what your greenhouse frame and panels are made of when you look at the choices.  You will want to take note of the UV rating on those you are examining and do a little research about how that rating will affect what you want to grow.  Some of these come in panels and some come in rolls but they are both easy to install.  When looking at the frame, just make sure it will be sturdy under the snow in your area and can withstand any sever wind.</p>
<p>If you live in an area that normally stays above forty-five degrees, you may be able to getaway with not purchasing a heater.  You can use five gallon buckets to set in the sun by day and let them heat your greenhouse at night.  You may want to boil water in your house and place the hot water in the greenhouse to provide heat.  This is a huge hassle if you have to do it night after night but for a few days it works well.</p>
<p>Always consider your foundation and how you will tie down your greenhouse.  You can purchase tie-down kits for most greenhouses and they are highly recommended for all models.  For those who live in high wind areas, you may want to buy two sets of the tie-downs just to make sure.  Of course, this will depend on the size, style and type of greenhouse you end up using for your family.</p>
